• Immerse yourself into ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software from SAP
• Get acquainted with the role and primary responsibilities of SAP consultants
• Explore core SAP modules, including Financial Accounting & Controlling, Material Management, Sales & Distribution and others

Upon completing the program, you will acquire market-relevant soft and hard skills that you may apply either at our company or elsewhere in the IT industry.

Training process

The program consists of several stages, allowing you to gradually move forward from basics to advanced tools:

• Stage 1 (Selective phase)

During ~2 weeks, you will have access to numerous self-study materials that you will need to master independently. Progressing further will require passing a final technical test and an interview with a recruiter.

• Stage 2

This phase will span ~2 months and require ~15 hours of weekly engagement. You'll explore the SAP S/4HANA system, engage with self-study materials, attend 3 evening webinars per week (each lasting 3 hours) and complete practical tasks that EPAM mentors will review. Your performance will determine whether you are ready to proceed to the final stage.

• Stage 3

You will join our SAP Lab and prepare for real-world projects. The duration of this stage will vary for each participant, as we will begin considering you for open roles at EPAM based on your demonstrated skills and available opportunities within the company.

What is required for training:

• English level from Intermediate (B1) and higher
• IT or economic / logistic / accounting experience and/or education
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL
